Welcome to Colston Yard, Bristol...
On December 18th 2007 Butcombe Brewery was proud to open Colston Yard on the site of the old Smiles 'Brewery Tap' in Bristol.
Colston Yard delivers all the ambience of a country pub in a contemporary city bar. The earthy olive and warming red colours adorning the walls compliment the English oak floors and bar surface, the chocolate banquette seating and low stools give a modern feel to the pub.
There is the fabulous range of beers from Butcombe - Bitter, Gold, Blond, Brunel IPA and Blond Premium, with 2 guest ales alongside. There is also Veltins, Pilsner Urquell, Maisels Weiss wheat beer, Brooklyn Lager from New York and a monthly guest import draught beer. Our ‘World classic’ bottled beer selection contains over 30 continental and imported beers from all over the world, offering such greats as Chimay, Anchor and Duvel.
Our fantastic food is both locally sourced and freshly made. All of our meat comes from Priddy Farm Shop on the Mendip Hills. Local company Arthur David supplies our fruit and veg and Cornwall based Wing Fish deliver fish in the evening that’s been caught in the morning! The seasonal Yard menu offers traditional pub fayre with our own twist at very reasonable prices.
Whether you are going to the theatre, shopping or meeting friends - Colston Yard is the place to be!!
